I redesigned a complete overhaul of our omnichannel experience. This interface was to refresh and replace an existing SAP Hybris implementation. I had to accomplish a few product design-defining goals that we challenged the team with and agreed to. The first is a great selling tool that converts (#1 Salesperson). Second, the visual brand language content in copy, photography, and video is compelling and has an internal narrative and authenticity to build our community. Third, think globally with an eye for increasing the current number of contexts (+32). Fourth, an easy-to-configure and update design system with an atomic pattern layout approach.
